Founded by director and photographer Michael Seresin, this namesake, New Zealand based estate was founded in the early 1990s, creating organic, biodynamic, and vegan wines of flavor and character. This entry-level Sauvignon Blanc shows flavors of apple, citrus, and chalk, with stony minerality and high acid giving way to a thirst-quenching finish.
