The wine is produced from old vine Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier from the Montagne de Reims. Grapes are partially destemmed and juice is vinified in barrel. Notes of red currants, strawberries, and damp earth dominate the wine’s floral-driven (slightly green) palate. Serve slightly chilled and enjoy.
