‘Le Cran’ is a Chardonnay-dominant Champagne that is vinified in wood and aged for 84 months on the lees prior to release. Chalky, mineral-driven flavors of white flowers, citrus, stone fruit, and cream dominate the wine’s bright and persistent palate. This is for sure of our favorite bottles of bubbles to drink. Raphaël and Vincent Bérêche farm the family’s nine hectares of vines all biodynamically, and cork closures are used for secondary fermentation.
