Founded 25 years ago by an engineer and a biochemist, Cristom Vineyards produces elegant wines full of character and a ‘respect for the land’ philosophy, vinified whole-cluster and with native yeasts. The 2015 Mt. Jefferson cuvée is medium-bodied and rich, full of ripe cherry and raspberry notes, sweet spice, and earth-driven undertones.
