Domaine Ballot Millot Volnay-Santenots 1er Cru 2015

Charles Ballot took over this family estate in 2001, cultivating vines across 5 Premier Cru sites in Meursault, as well as other appellations. Under Charles’ reign, yields were lowered and chemicals were eliminated, producing pure, native-yeast fermented wines.This silky and aromatic Pinot Noir is classically noted with red fruits and earth, pairing beautifully with various white meat and game dishes.
