Florent Garaudet represents the fifth-generation of his family’s winemaking legacy. The domaine is situated in the village of Monthelie, with 60% of vines dedicated to Pinot Noir and 40% to Chardonnay, dotted with a smattering of Aligoté located in Puligny. ‘Les Riottes’ is silky and perfumed, showing notes of bright red berries, wet earth, and mushrooms.
