Founded by Larry Stone MS, David Honig, and Dominique Lafon, Lingua Franca beautifully meshes Old World mentality with New World terroir, highlighting impeccable growing sites in Oregon’s Eola-Amity Hills. The 2015 ‘Mimi’s Mind,’ named for the grower, is 70% whole-cluster fermented, foot stomped & barrel aged. Dark fruit and integrated new oak give way to a complex palate full of plum and violet flavors, noted with minerality and baking spice.
