Located in the heart of Savigny-les-Beaune, the Bize name has become synonymous with structured, age-worthy Burgundy, produced from 23 hectares of deep-rooted vines. Fruit for ‘Les Marconnets’ comes from deep, sandy soils; the 2014 is silky and fresh, full of dark berry, forest floor, and nuanced, game flavors. Soft tannins and energetic acidity give the wine a textured, lingering mouthfeel. Will age for 15+ years.
