Founded in the mid-19th century in the heart of Verduno, Burlotto’s vines are dedicated to indigenous Piemontese varieties, including Barbera, Nebbiolo, Dolcetto, and Freisa, known for precision and elegance. ‘Aves’ is more powerful than the entry-level Barbera, showing notes of dark fruit, pepper, and earth. Structured and taut; great with red pasta sauces.
