Cerbaiona Brunello di Montalcino 2008

Sangiovese in its most regarded state, especially coming from this legendary Tuscan producer. Fruit is hand harvested and aged for four years in cask, followed by six months of bottle aging. Nearly a decade of age has allowed the wine to develop gracefully, showing secondary flavors of tobacco and wet earth. Drink now or lay down for a few more years.
