Domaine de la Tournelle Jura 'Trousseau des Corvees' 2016

Headed by Evelyne and Pascal Clairet, Domaine de la Tournelle was created in 1991, situated in the heart of Arbois. The duo works their six hectares of vines all organically, producing 12 different cuvées. Fruit for the 2011 ‘Trousseau des Corvées’ is hand-harvested and sorted, lightly pressed and fermented in steel, followed by aging in oak barrels. The final wine is medium-bodied and berry-forward, full of fresh acidity & integrated tannins.
