Founded by Joel Burt and Eric Wareheim, Las Jaras seeks to create balanced, low-alcohol wines full of juicy food-friendliness and supple character. Old World style meets New World fruit in this California partnership, ranging from fun, poppy pét-nats to restrained, elegant Cabs. The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon comes from 40+ year old vines, high on Sonoma Mountain; juicy, jammy, and delicious with burgers. Only 100 cases produced.
