This Loire Valley red is a savory, chillable choice. It's organic and biodynamic and bursting with flavor from carbonic fermentation with wild yeasts. It's got refreshing notes of blackberries, spice, and fresh herbs. We’re pairing it with grilled hanger steak or sirloin shish kabobs.
