Alain Graillot founded his namesake estate back in 1985 and has since become one of the top producers in all of the Northern Rhone. His 20 hectares of vines are rooted in well-draining soils and are farmed all organically. His signature Crozes-Hermitage is whole cluster fermented and ages in used barrel, leading to a classically traditional Crozes, loaded with flavors of blackberry, herbs, wet earth, and pepper.
