Domaine Dujac Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru 'Aux Combottes' 2020

This 1er Cru cuvée from Dujac is showing gorgeously, though this bottle will certainly only get better with time. Medium to full-bodied on the palate, the wine is marked with flavors of red fruit, cherries, woodsmoke, crushed peonies, baking spice, and game. The wine’s sappy core, solid structure, and vibrant acid lead to a long, lingering finish. Simply stunning.
