Domaine Duroche Charmes-Chambertin Grand Cru 2013

Headed by fifth-generation winemaker Pierre Duroché, Domaine Duroché’s vineyards span across three village, four Premier Cru, and four Grand Cru appellations, comprising just over eight hectares. Fruit is whole cluster vinified with natural yeast, followed by elevage in barrel. The 2013 ‘Charmes-Chambertin’ is structured and aromatic, with a medium-body of energetic acidity, red berries, and citrus undertones. Lay down for another few years to really feel the wine’s potential.
