This textured and stemmy whole-cluster red is loaded with flavors of red fruits, tart cherries, pepper, graphite, and crushed violets. Post-fermentation, fruit macerates for 30-42 days in open plastic containers, then is aged on its fine lees with regular batonnage prior to bottling. Serve chilled with roasted poultry, veggie skewers, or burgers on the grill.
