Vincent Paris Cornas 'Granit 60' 2017

With 21 vintages under his belt, Vincent Paris has become a legend within Cornas, producing insanely drinkable wines from his six hectares of vines, most of which were inherited from his grandfather. ‘Granit 60’ refers to the soil and age of the vines; fruit is ⅓ whole cluster fermented, vinified in barrel and tank. This fresh, final wine shows red fruit flavors and floral aromatics, giving way to a mineral-driven, thirst-quenching finish.
