With 21 vintages under his belt, Vincent Paris has become a legend within Cornas, producing insanely drinkable wines from his six hectares of vines, ranging up to 90 years in age. ‘La Geynale’ comes from 100 year old vines, with 100% of fruit whole cluster fermented.
