Mineral-driven Riesling from one of of Wurttember's most exciting up-and-coming young winemakers. Former BMX champion turned vigneron Jochen Beurer farms his family's 10 hectares organically and biodynamically, and has also founded a local project to preserve locally 'endangered medieval grape cultivars.' He inspires us daily-- and his Riesling is an acid-head's dream.
