Founded by Christian Binner, ‘Les Pirouettes’ seeks to bring affordable, natural wines to the US, sourcing fruit exclusively from organic and biodynamic growers in Alsace.‘Brutal de Jean Marc’ is crafted from equal parts Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris, and Riesling, skin macerated and aged 11 months in Alsatian foudre. Exotic, aromatic, and super thirst-quenching, especially with spicy foods.
