New to the scene in the Wachau, Peter Veyder-Malberg seeks to understand the region’s unique microclimates through each of his precise cuvées. Peter has worked 20 harvests across Austria, committed to organic farming and working by hand. We love the balance of mineral acidity and lean citrus character on this single vineyard release. The fruit is developed but crisp, and we're serving this to friends with farmer's market finds, veggie risotto, or shelfish. An impressive find!
