This Grosses Gewachs Riesling is basically the Grand Cru version of Weiser-Kunstler’s ‘Gaispfad.’ Fruit comes from staggering hillsides of the Mosel valley, all of which are farmed organically and biodynamically. Zesty, zippy, and out of control good. Serious acid-heads, this one’s for you.
