Domaine de Marquiliani Vin de Corse Rose 2017

Fruit for this deliciously mouth-watering Corsican rosé comes from two hectares of schisty, gravel soils, with vines planted over 50 years ago. Grapes are hand harvested and refrigerated to preserve freshness, then direct pressed and cold soaked for 72 hours. The resulting wine is insanely crisp and thirst-quenching, with flavors of bright citrus and salty minerality. A perfect aperitif.
