Legendary Volnay vigneron Guillaume d’Angerville takes on the Jura at Domaine du Pelican and we can’t get enough. ‘Trois Cepages’ is a 65/30/5 blend of Pinot Noir, Trousseau, and Poulsard. All fruit is destemmed and fermented in vat, leading to a crisp, refreshing wine full of tart red fruit, cranberry, and fresh herb flavors. Perfect for sipping outdoors on sunny days. Serve slightly chilled!
