Envinate Canary Islands Blanco 'Palo' 2018

Envinate is hands-down one of our favorite Spanish producers. Fruit for ‘Palo’ comes from a 1.5 hectare vineyard of braided vines rooted in volcanic soils. High-toned and acid-driven, the wine oozes with flavors of Meyer lemon, sea spray, saline, and ash. Lovers of sunny, island-influenced whites, this bottle is a no-brainer.
