We’re proud to get our hands on Jamsheed’s first vintage of ‘illaj,’ a Yarra Valley Shiraz oozing with jammy, fruit-forward drinkability. Fruit comes from the Coldstream region of the Valley, whole bunch fermented, and aged in oak for one year. Vines are 25-30 years old, giving way to a succulent, meaty palate of black fruit and spice. Insanely easy to drink.
