Domaine Overnoy-Crinquand sits in the heart of Pupillin, located within the Arbois appellation. Now operated by third-generation Mikael Crinquand, all of the family’s 5.5 hectares of vines are farmed organically, most of which are located on steep slopes. The 2019 Ploussard is crunchy and bright, with notes of red fruit, stones, and citrus-driven acidity; insanely food-friendly, yet doubles as a porch pounders!
