Gradizzolo Emilia Bianco IGT 'Le Anfore' 2015

Headed by Antonio Ognibene, Gradizzolo focuses mainly on the Grechetto variety, producing three variations of the variety. Called ‘Pignoletto’ in the local dialect, the wine shows soft acidity and slight almond bitterness, brought to life by pear & stone fruit flavors. ‘Le Anfore’ ages in clay, bringing a more herbal quality to the wine.
