This epic Kabinett Riesling produced at the hands of Peter Lauer is marked by noticeable amounts of residual sugar, yet remains completely balanced (by a ripping 10 grams of acid, to be exact!) Notes of salty lemon, grapefruit juice, slate, and white flower petals dominate this zesty and focused palate. This complex cuvée that is sure to withstand the test of time -- perhaps even 20+ years!
