Founded in 1850, Domaine Louis Michel is located in the heart of Chablis, currently owned and operated by 6th generation Guillaume Gicqueau-Michel. The estate’s 25 hectares spread an array of appellations, producing wines vinified at low temps, without batonnage, & with zero oak. The 2016 Chablis is bright and crisp, with notes of citrus, chalk, and wet stones. Lively and energetic, perfect with sushi and salads. A great wine for the price!
