Macari Sparkling Cabernet Franc 'Horses' North Fork 2016

Macari’s North Fork based roots date back to the 1960s, when Joseph Macari Sr. purchased a 500 acre former potato farm on the Sound. In 1995, his son, Joseph Jr. and his familyl moved out to the farm full time, beginning to plant vines, implement biodynamics, and create a unique, healthy biodiversity on the East End. ‘Horses’ is a thirst-quenching sparkling Cabernet Franc, oozing with notes of red berries, cherry, and rip-roaring acidity.
