Boulay’s family estate comprises nine hectares in the heart of Chavignol, with family history dating back to the 14th century. Vines are worked manually and have been farmed organically since 1990. ‘Chavignol’ shows lifted aromas of wet rocks and citrus, both carrying over to the palate. Concentrated stone fruit and flinty minerality give way to a long, thirst-quenching finish. A truly great bottle of Sancerre!
