An incredible single-vineyard organic Sancerre bottling—we’re impressed it’s available for less than $30. Vibrant and herbal with the potential to age a bit. We'd get a few bottles to drink with weeknight pastas and summer roasted veggies. This one is also excellent with a plate of soft cheeses.
