Domaine Vacheron Sancerre 'L'Enclos' 2016

Regarded as one of Sancerre’s greatest estates, Domaine Vacheron produces consistently delicious and structured wines from layered, flinty soils. Fruit is organic, hand-harvested, and fermented with indigenous yeasts, showing a distinct final minerality. Fruit for l’Enclos’ comes from a parcel of ungrafted vines, grown in silex soils, showing lifted aromatics smoky undertones, with notes of pear, honeysuckle, oyster shell, and lime.
