Peter Michael Winery was founded in 1982 on the volcanic ridges of Mount St. Helena. From the start, founder Sir Peter Michael decided that terroir would reign king and that wines would be elegant and sophisticated rather than opulent. Today, all wines produced at Peter Michael single-vineyard bottlings with extremely small production. Fruit for this Sauvignon Blanc/Sémillon blend naturally ferments in barrel and is lees-aged for nine months prior to bottling. Notes of yellow plums, guava, whtie peach, and honeysuckle dominate this zesty and thirst-quenching wine. Perfect for sipping on a sunny apres-midi beneath the sun.
