Presqu'ile Sauvignon Blanc Santa Maria Valley 2017

Located in the heart of the Santa Maria Valley, Presqu’ile Winery produces cool-climate wines from a variety of sustainably certified vineyard plots that span nearly 30 hectares across Santa Barbara. Fruit for the 2017 Sauvignon Blanc ferments with native yeasts, followed by lees-aging in concrete, steel, and French oak. Textured and bright, the wine’s fruit-forward notes of citrus, grapefruit, and flint give way to a zesty, long-lasting finish.
