Ronco del Gnemiz Colli Orientali del Friuli Sauvignon 'Salici' 2016

Ronco del Gnemiz was established in the 1960s by the Palazzolo family, situated on the top of the hill of Rosazzo in Friuli. Clay and limestone-rich soils allow fruit to optimally ripen, while Adriatic breezes and mountain influence from the Alps keeps acidity high. The 2016 ‘Salici’ is 100% Sauvignon Blanc, showing a gorgeous golden hue in the glass. Flavors of yellow stone fruit, apple, and herbs dominate; savory, round, and deliciously fresh.
