Headed by Brice Ormont, Domaine des Ardoisieres comprises 13 hectares across Savoie’s steel, sloping hills. Originally from Champagne, Brice brings the same standard of excellent and quality to this 20 year old estate. ‘Amethyste’ is a juicy 60/40 blend of Persan and Mondeuse, full of crunchy red fruit and Alpine minerality. Serve slightly chilled.
