Frédéric Giachino began making wine in the Chartreuse Hills over 20 years ago. His six hectares of vines are dedicated to indigenous varieties, including Persan, Douce Noire, and Jacquère. This varietal Mondeuse is crunchy and dark-fruited, marked by Alpine-influenced notes of violets, frozen blackberries, and fresh herbs.
