Brother-sister duo Anne & Jean-Francois Ganevat source fruit from Alsace, Beaujolais, and Savoie, crafting a unique line of organic, VdF wines (blended with their Jura estate fruit) of character and pizzazz. ‘Le Zaune a Dédée’ is an aromatic, Gewurztraminer dominant blend, macerated with skins and aged ‘sous voile.’ Notes of exotic yellow fruit, kumquat, and nutty spice dominate.
