Founded by the Roux family in 1797, Clos Cibonne saw a massive revival in the late 1990s, restored to life by André Roux’s granddaughter, Bridget, and her husband. Traditional aging in old foudre and focus on the native Provencal variety, Tibouren, which is aged under a thin veil of yeast, makes this rosé equally unique and delicious; saline-tinged and red fruited, with zesty citrus undertones.
