Fruit for ‘Bois de Blagny’ is hand-harvested, rigorously sorted, and vinified in oak barrels. This rich yet balanced wine is loaded with flavors of juicy stone fruit, citrus zest, crushed stones, and baking spice. Serve with roast chicken, lobster rolls, or creamy pasta dishes.

Comtesse de Cherisey was founded in 1811 and is located in Blagny, a small hamlet in Burgundy tucked between the hills of Puligny-Montrachet and Meursault. The estate is now headed by Laurent Martelet and Hélène Martelet-de-Chérisey, who farm all of their vineyard sites organically.
