The Gonet name has been a part of Champagne history for centuries, and this vintage release comes from one of the most legendary parcels that the family owns. This is a unique wine, made in partnership with Marco Pelletier of Domaine de Galouchey, sommelier Raj Parr, and the Gonet family. It's got loads of bracing acidity with tempting toasted almond and baked bread notes. It's elegant bubbly with an interesting backstory.
