Stanislao Radikon Venezia Giulia IGT 'Slatnik' 2019

Radikon’s winery is found in the town of Oslavia, located in the heart of Isonzo (Friuli.) Their 11 hectares are farmed all organically and all fruit is destemmed and skin macerated for 10-14 days. ‘Slatnik’ is a textured and aromatic Chardonnay blend rounded out with 20% Tocai Friulano. Flavors of yellow fruit, melon rind, and rain-soaked rocks dominate this exquisite and thought-provoking palate.
