Deemed a pioneer of the ‘True’ Sonoma Coast, David Hirsch planted his first vineyard in 1980, finally establishing an on-site winery in 2002. For Hirsch, site typicity & complexity are key. This easy-drinking Pinot shows a medium body and solid structure on the palate, marked by notes of red cherry, black currant, and wet earth.
