This juicy and aromatic Pinot Noir is loaded with flavors of red fruit, meaty cherries, tree bark, and sweet baking spice. Ted and Heidi Lemon founded Littorai back in 1993, though the duo is far from new to the world of winemaking. Ted first cut his teeth at Domaine Roulot in Burgundy, followed by stints at Dujac, Roumier, and Bruno Clair. Littorai’s fruit is farmed all organically and biodynamically. The 2018 Pinot Noir is produced from some of California’s highly sought-after vineyard sites, leading to an aromatic and complex cuvée.
