Pax Syrah 'Sonoma-Hillsides' Sonoma County 2017

Launched in 2000, Pax and Pam Mahle created their namesake winery with the goal of highlighting the ‘untapped potential’ of Syrah in California. Soil, optimal location, and sustainability are all prime factors when seeking out fruit. The follow up vintage to this award-winning Syrah shows delicious flavors of juicy dark fruit, licorice, smoke, and earthy spice, giving way to a supple, textured palate. Absolutely stunning!
