This organic/biodynamic Pinot Noir from Reeve is one for the books. The wine is produced via carbonic maceration in small stainless steel tanks over the course of ten days, followed by a short period of aging prior to bottling. The wine is energetic, bright, and marked by flavors of freshly crushed strawberries, citrus peel, and crushed stones. This is California ‘glou glou’ in one of its finest forms.
