Raventos i Blanc Conca del Riu Anoia 'De Nit' 2016

The Raventos i Blanc estate has been in the Raventos family since 1497, spanning 120+ hectares in Catalunya. As of 2012, the family left the Cava DO to create their own appellation, creating single estate wines from a unique climate and native grape varieties. The 2016 ‘de Nit’ is a deliciously dry sparkling, dominated by Macabeo, rounded out by Xarel-lo, Parellada, and Monastrell; one of most preferred affordable sparklings!
